Climax filtering half masks have been designed to effectively retain dust particles in suspension, mist and smoke. They are very light, comfortable and offer a very low resistance to breathing. They are classified in three levels of protection: FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 (FFP-Filtering face piece). Type of uses for the half mask 1720-V FFP2 NR : Sanding of old coats of paint, coatings, scraping of, adhesive sanding, grinding, cutting and drilling of wood, smoke particles from soldering, waste management, pesticide fumigation, use/cleaning of animal feeding systems.
- Setting synthetic bands – It does not contain materials made of natural rubber (latex). No staples, a single ring.
- Adjustable nose clip – Easy to adjust to provide greater protection for the entire day
- Exhalation valve – Offering greater comfort during the working day in humid environments and / or where the work rate is high

No, while it is common for filters to be used across multiple masks, the brands must be the same and only specific filters will fit specific masks.

Yes, however half face masks, full face masks and powered air systems should be equipped with the correct filters.
